Episode 15

Thursday night.
We did a full run of all three acts of the show. Unfortunately 4 of the cast are sick. This close to the opening I begin to worry as people need to know what they are doing. I have confidence they will get there, it is just my own worrying.

At the end of the run we were very happy that we were only giving refining notes, note big things, and that the cast of 23 (minus the 4) had all made steps towards really owning the story and letting us in on it. I am very proud of them all, especially those who have not done such a big full length performance before.

Friday.
Another day of detailing. Today the scaffolding towers went up in  preparation for the light and sound bump in tomorrow. (Thanks to NT Scaffolding, a different company to that which we usually use, and very professional, and local.)
And the water bubblers arrived and a thank you to Palm Springs who continue to offer us great service and support over the years.

Tony (from Dreamedia) came down to site to check that things were as he wanted for tomorrow, and, and note taking getting ready for a big day tomorrow. Kelly and David went back to the club area to clean up in preparation as the site was going to be used for a wedding reception tonight. Luckily for us (unlucky for the happy? couple) the wedding has been cancelled, so we did not have to do anything. This made us happy. a final check of the site and we are back to the office to burn show rehearsal CD's
